First time walker

I went up with my 12 year old daughter and 32 year old sister. The walk started really well. Lots of people which was exciting. The climb up the stairs was unforgiving however I am fairly unfit. So I struggled while my family didn't. Everyone going up and down were so encouraging telling me I'm not too far. So that was again awesome. I finally reached the top. The view was spectacular and the people were too. Climbing down was a slow and steady process. I'm glad I did it and I would recommend it to anyone. The people who came up and down were so lovely. So many families it was great to see

I also recommend Mount Ngungun walk to everyone, it is enough of a challenge to feel like you have earned the right to say you have "climbed" one of the Glass House Mountains while being doable by the majority of people.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience of this wonderful part of the world.
